About STEM Fast Track

STEM Fast Track shows high school students the possibilities of STEM careers through industry-focused mentoring programs, to help them develop the confidence and resilience needed to thrive in their career and in life. We seek to cultivate young minds that will one day pioneer the technological advancements of tomorrow, giving humanity and our planet the best possible future.

We aim to empower and impact ten thousand high school students by 2022 through our STEM-focused mentoring programs and industry networking events, which also support businesses, educators and families to help the next generation in creating a better world.

Meet The founder - Teresa Janowski

Teresa is the CEO and founder of STEM Fast Track. She is a critically acclaimed life coach and STEM educator whose 25 years of experience in high-calibre training and management roles have garnered the respect of industry leaders across the globe.

Teresa has lent her prowess to tech giants including Telstra, Motorola, BAE Systems, and SAAB Technologies, revolutionising systems within these organisations that are still being practiced today.

In 2013, Teresa created the award-winning mentoring programs STEM Sista and STEM Mista. These specialised courses help drive students to build tremendous resilience and forge remarkable careers.

Capturing the attention of STEM leaders in the US and Europe, Teresa has been invited to speak publicly about her programs on the international stage to inspire educators on a global scale.

Incubating her own company STEM Fast Track in 2018, Teresa and her rapidly expanding team now run STEM Sista and Mista across Australia and Europe.

More than an inspiring educator, Teresa is a loving wife and avid mother of two, enjoying a shared passion for cars with her husband.
